This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use the App.If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.1) SummaryOn‑device first. The App is designed to process user input locally on your device whenever technically possible.No account, no tracking. We do not require an account and we do not use third‑party advertising or tracking SDKs.Minimal diagnostics (optional). You can choose to share crash/analytics data to help us improve the App. This is opt‑in and can be turned off at any time.2) Information We ProcessA. Content You ProvideText you type, paste, or import into the App.Files you open within the App.Default behavior: Your content is processed on your device and is not sent to our servers.When content may leave your device (optional features):If you explicitly use a feature that calls an external service (e.g., online model, web search, cloud backup, or link preview), the relevant data must be transmitted to that service. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies. Where available, we let you choose providers, and we disclose when data will leave your device.B. Diagnostics & Analytics (Optional)With your consent, the App may collect:Crash logs and performance metrics (e.g., app version, device model, OS version, error traces).Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., feature usage counts, session length).Purpose: to improve stability, performance, and usability.Control: you can enable/disable this in Settings → Privacy at any time.C. PurchasesIf the App offers in‑app purchases or subscriptions, Apple processes payment information. We receive records necessary to grant you access (e.g., product ID, purchase status). We do not receive your full payment details. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; risks remain.6) Data RetentionOn‑device content remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App.Diagnostics data (if enabled) is retained only as long as necessary for analysis and improvement, then deleted or anonymized.7) Your Choices & RightsLocal only mode: keep all features that transmit data disabled.Diagnostics opt‑out: toggle off in Settings → Privacy.Access/Deletion: For any data we control (e.g., diagnostics, support emails), contact us and we’ll assist within a reasonable time.8) Children’s PrivacyThe App is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact us for deletion.9) International UsersIf you use optional online features, your information may be processed in countries other than where you reside. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards when applicable.10) Changes to This PolicyWe may update this Policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date at the top and, where required, provide additional notice in the App.
